well, if you're on your blogger dashboard, there is a section called the reading list. under that is a button "add". click that and paste the blog's URL which you wish to follow and it will be updated on your and whoever's blog you're following. understand? some blogs, like mine, make it very easy to follow. I put a button on the side of the blog and you just click it!
