I have heard you talking about this for the past few months. When I see you, I can see the unhappiness. We have to make our own happiness. Sometimes we are afraid of change and the unknown. It is time move on my friend. Stop talking about it and do it. You are extremely talented. MOVE ON NOW!!!
Please dont lose interest so fast like I lost interest for my old job. You will dread going to work everyday and work will no longer be even remotely enjoyable. Then performance will be the next to go... please if you want to go, leave soon! You Know I got you, I'll go back to work If i have to support you in your efforts to find yourself another work endeavor...
We've talked about ur job situation b4 so this won't be long. Just keep believing and trusting in God and great things will come forth.
