Hey... I felt the same way when I committed to stickin' with the workouts in Jan. 2006... today my body is together, I feel good and most important, I only regret I didn't start sooner. Stop bein' a punk ass pussy boy and hit that gym on Thursday like you're suppose to... BTW - workin' those muscles again will alleviate the pain and tension...don't lift too heavy at first, stretch afterward and take the time to admire the body morphing into a thing to be envied! LOL
Otherwise, I'll be that old bitch with the bangin' body laughin' at your tired nasty azz this summer!

Monday's tour of the gym caused me some ab pains that I wasnt expecting!!

I thought natural labor was painful!! HELL NO!!!

Stick with working out. After using your brain all day it is a great stress releaser.
The pain doesn't go away. You just learn to ignore it. When the pain does go away, then that means your muscles aren't really doing anything. And your friend is right, work out more often to alleviate the pain. Drink more water when working out so you can flush your damn system and burn more calories. Lol. Is Omar still alive? Or is he at home curled up in a fetal position bitching about the work out?

The more you do it, the more it will get better. It only burns because you're out of shape, or you were lifting more than you can. NO SHADE.


I hate when I do something and afterwards I feel all healthy and then the next day it's like WHAT THE HELL? Stretching first should make it better.

I guess my time will be coming... although you didn't workout on monday! hmmm whats up with that one? OKAY i'm late with commenting... I been busy GET OFF MY BACK!

Try starting off slow... that way your body slowly reacts with the workout. You wont be as sore and you will be working out still. I am not a weight trainer by no means. ALL aerobic excersizes for me. running, jogging, jumping jacks, leg lifts, anything that I can do with my body using my own weight to benefit me.
